Excellent kit for me, but with important caveats that others may not like
I travel extensively and always try to optimize the amount of electronics I must carry. This currently is a standard piece of travel kit but has limitations. Those limitations work for me, but your mileage may vary. This is a clever design which grants the ability to share a plug with one or two co-workers (lots of flexible plug space), have some extension capability, and a universal adapter. But here are the limitations you should know; they do not detract from a five-star rating FOR ME, but they may for you:1. It can be difficult to set up the universal adapter. The center piece is where all the adapter magic happens -- it is a complicated fiddly piece that can magically adapt to most plugs worldwide and has covered all the places where I have traveled so far. But it isn't easy to set up (especially the UK type G). Once you get the hang of it, it works, but it can be initially frustrating and is never fast.2. The center piece can be difficult to remove. The center piece snaps into the unit but when fully snapped in, it can resist removal. On the positive side, it won't fall out on its own.3. Everything is ungrounded. This may bother some very safety-conscious people.4. The cord is slow to wind and unwind. On the positive side, the many friction points allow you to unwind only as much cord as you need. To be fast you must master the trick of angling the cord (which is flat) as you wind it up (or pull it apart). When it's all done, it is quite neat. Note also that if you only partly unwind the cord, you cannot plug in three prong (grounded) plugs, since the ground plug needs the room occupied by the cord.5. It has USB-A power but not USB-C.For my work habits, these compromises are acceptable. I rarely need a quick plug in/plug out situation; I am more likely to park somewhere for at least a half hour to half day, and for this scenario convenience and mobility is worth the extra time required to set up. I rarely use the USB-A output and instead have a high-capacity GaN USB-C power brick I plug into the AC that can charge all my devices. I also often work with one or two international co-workers, so their ability to plug into my adapter with their plugs without crowding out the outlets is helpful.

Perfect addition to any laptop bag, even if not travelling... LOVE it
Update on 2019-10-26The single best travel and laptop-bag accessory, useful even when not travelling! Works with all plugs, including Singaporean -- you just have to ensure that the wire is unravelled so the vertical third prong can fit in the groove. I use it *all* the time, and have bought others as gifts. I once lost the inner 'bagel' part of the donut, so I would like it if they sold it separately for those who've misplaced theirs. Changed my review to *5 stars* -- I had such high hopes for the Mu plug, but this has surpassed it. If they were to license and incorporate Mu's folding plug that would be a great secondary product! Great piece of Singa design.---Amazingly functional and compact, comes with a nice case. Now the problems: Singaporean 3-pin plugs do not work with this, only the bottom two prongs work, but the top prong stops them from going in. So this is surprising because apparently it was designed in Singapore? Anyway, it is mostly useless for most of my laptops and things! Minor nitpick: the case doesn't fit properly because the white loop makes the bagel sit askew. Minor nitpick: it's quite a production to get the inner donut "filler" out, and to open up the various prongs. There is no square Singapore style prong, apparently the round ones suffice. I haven't bothered with it, I just carry a SG-to-USA adaptor with me in addition. Despite my main beef, easily a 4 star product, and a 5-star if you don't visit Singapore.

Game Changer in Italy
I loved this! It was a game changer on a trip to Italy with the long charging cord, multiple things can be plugged in to charge your devices at once. Easily charged my MacBook Pro and iPhone, Apple Watch. You can do it with the European adapter set from Apple, but this was a more compact, lighter solution that worked well for me and allowed me to reduce the number of charging solutions I would need to travel with. Charged an electric razon and my wife used her hairdryer without issue.

Does what is promised.
As an European, I sometimes have a hard time trying to charge my devices in hotels - usually only one socket is available (at best), and as a rule it's located in place which requires contortionist's skills to reach. Thus - bagel. It is very small and light and it looks nice.Plastic is of remarkable quality, but the adapter plug seems quite fragile. UK plug seems to be a bit of a stretch in terms of durability - it works fine by now, but I don't know how long it will hold. On the other hand, bagel would still work, so in case the plug breaks, I will just take one of my adapters from the drawer.USB charger(s) works just fine.Overall, it is great gadget, very useful travel companion and being as simple as it is, I am very surprised it was not on the market 30 years ago :)

Poor usability
The outlet is difficult to manage for someone with long nails, really tight and awkward positioning. It need to be placed back in the right position or it gets stuck. Only has bulky USB a. Could be good but poor ease of use.

Lives Up To The Hype
So far I've taken this on a couple long distance trips and it's been a good add to my travel kit. Long term my concern is the wear and tear on the cord being wrapped up so tight over and over. Not cheap but so far worth the cost, the space and the weight.I am a one bag traveler
