Taste
I could not take this powder , whatever I put it in it was not drinkable… not pleasant at all…. I take it for gut health, I have gone back to my original powder by the same brand , easy to use , not as mixable as other powders

Not the best
Found it really hard to mix it just all clumped up into a gooey mess. Even when I added it to boiling hot milk sprinkling it then shaking it vigorously in a bottle in it still was all lumpy. Gave up on using it in the end was a waste of money. Seemed to taste nice though so such a shame

Tastes vile!!
Horrible taste. Good price though. Just not to my taste. Can’t say anymore on anything else as I just couldn’t stomach it.

Very good fibre
Please you guys if you have trouble with Constipation, try this, do not go for laxatives. I was suffering till i tried this added to my oat porridge and shakes and i didn’t had to go for laxatives.

Other than tasting very nice it didn't make any difference didn't do as it describes don't waste your or money
