Perfect but not for bariatric
Super easy to use and kept my vitamin levels where they shouldn't been prior to bariatric surgery. Not strong enough for bariatric patients tho.Would definitely recommend is you struggle swallowing big pills!!

Works as a perfect filler to my meds.

It really works!
I sometimes forget to put take vitamins, so I tried patches. The patches really work and do not have to remember to take them anymore because I have patches.

Nothing else to try and swallow!
Personally I love the patches. Seems as I age, capsules get more difficult for me to swallow. Furthermore there is nothing to upset my stomach.

Convenient
These should be working well. I mean if nicotine patches and pain patches work, no reason why these don't work either. Just waiting for my next bl^^d test to confirm. Stays on well, I forget they are even on, very convenient.

Vit D level up significantly..
I've been chronically Vit D deficient for decades. Oral Vitamin D gives me vertigo (hadda go to urgent care twice!!) My nephrologist recommended these. I was skeptical. Just got my latest bloodwork back, for the first time my Vitamin D is within normal range. Not bottom of normal range, right in the middle of it!
