Easy to use, I really like it.

I have had great service from these Laminators! Our employees prefer these over the others we have had in the past. The cutter made on top of the unit has been very handy. I had one unit that rapped the film around the drum and sealed itself up tight on the drum. I could not get it out, but Customer service helped me with it and in the end, they replaced the unit for me. I am very happy with the service provided after the sale. I will be doing more business with them.

Looks really nice and versatile but it kept jamming and laminate wouldn’t come out the other side.

Bought this because it accommodates 11x17 sheets. I need this for my book covers. Used this for the first time yesterday. It is really quite good. Took a bit to heat up, no worries, though. The operation is smooth and quiet. Lamination was without bubbles, and flat. Bonus - for me - was the paper trimmer! Did not even see this feature until reading all the write-up -- 3 different trim selections, and all in one place. Impressed. Have not used the trimmer yet, but hope it is as good as what I have experienced so far.

This laminator doesn't have a setting for 3mil and 5 mil laminating sheets. When it Laminates 3mil, the sheets come out with a wave. The thicker the laminate (5mil) it leaves bubbles and doesn't seal all the way. The cutter for corners doesn't work.🤨 I am disappointed and I waited to long to check it out and my return window is over. I teach 1st grade and use a laminator all the time.

Update: I contacted the company's customer service, and they offered to send me a new machine free of charge. It was quite possibly the best customer service experience I have had in a long time. For that, I am changing my review to 5/5 stars! This laminator machine was easy to use and worked well - while it worked. I purchased the laminator for my children's homeschool curriculums. I didn't even manage to laminate one curriculum (All About Spelling Level One) before it stopped heating - less than 200 pages. If you only need to laminate a few pages at a time, this laminator will probably work fine. But if you plan on laminating curriculums like I did, its heating element is bound to stop working. It's possible that, even at a few pages at a time, it would stop working after so many pages anyways.

I chose this laminator over a cheaper 13" option specifically because the listing claimed that it could handle up to 16". Turns out, that was just a complete lie; the laminator only handles up to 13". Not a trustworthy listing.
