Thyroid Support Supplement with Iodine, L-Tyrosine, Vitamin B12 & Selenium, 30 Veg Capsules - Energy, Metabolism & Focus Support

One of the few thyroid supplements available without the emotion destroying ashwagandha poison. My thyroid blood work shows about a 10% improvement when I am taking this compared to when I'm not.

This is danged near the perfect supplement for thyroid, heart and brain health. It contains 150 mcg of Iodine (by far the majority of Americans are low in iodine), 300 mg of L-tyrosine (a non-essential amino acid, meaning your body produces it so extra usually isn't necessary), 100 mcg of vitamin B-12 (one of my favorite vitamins for mental cognition) and 55 mcg of selenium (an essential mineral that must be obtain through diet. It has a myriad of health benefits: anti-oxidant, potential cancer reducer, heart disease protector and helps against mental decline.) I think this is a very good supplement and am glad to have been given the opportunity to review it.These are regular sized capsules with 30 per bottle giving you a one-month supply.

After using another product with way too much Iodine, I tried this one. I feel energized and more balanced. This is a good product
