A marvel
These are marvelous for sinus issues. As soon as I have a sign of an issue, I put five under my tongue to melt and it is gone. So I say yes!!

Small but powerful
I don't even know how I found these SinusCalm Pellets but I WISH I had found them a long time ago! They're small but powerful, by the 3rd dose all the mucus that's making my sinuses stuffy starts draining and it's such a relief!! 🙌🏻👃🏻 They have no taste, you place 5 tiny 🤏🏻 pellets under your tongue (every 2 hours) and let them dissolve. The little tube they come in is super convenient to take in your pocket/purse. *If you have a Sprouts store nearby, you can find these there too*

Seems to work!
These seem to work as far as nasal drainage is concerned, but I still felt some sinus pressure. You have to put 5 tiny dots under your tongue and they take 5 mins to absorb, but they taste like candy. I really wish they lasted longer than 2 hours. I take them along side an over the counter antihistimine. They don't get rid of the junk in my throat 100%, but they add improvement to the antihistimine. So, don't expect outright miracles, but expect a little improvement. I am on a quest to find that 100% mark!
