Worked 6 months then stopped. bad warranty servic
I purchased one of the 12kw units for my steam shower and it worked fine for 6 months then it would not heat up past 90 degrees. The customer service told me it was due to heating elements that were not covered under warranty and would cost $600 to purchase replacement parts. I returned the unit using my extended credit card warranty and installed the same unit as a replacement. just about six months to day, I am having the same issue. Customer service has not responded. DON'T BUY!
