Beware! I did not know that Moto One 5G Ace was different entirely from Moto One 5G. Especially since one of the Q&A questions on this case asked if this case fit the 5G Ace and the “answer” was yes. Wrong. It doesn’t. The buttons are completely different and it does not snap together all the way, which is good, because the phone’s buttons would be completely covered if it did! . I bought this for my 92-year-old mother who did not have the hand strength to get it together so she went door to door in the apartment building where she lives trying to get somebody with strong enough hands to snap the case together. After half a dozen people tried to get the case snapped onto the phone finally someone figured out it did not even fit the phone! But at that point none of these helpers could get it apart either! I rescued it and no harm done but obviously I had to return it. I am giving it four stars so as nit to discredit the case.

This has made my phone feels like it weighs a pound. And 3/4 inch thick. The case is really slippery.Good luck trying to turn your phone on and off. They buried the button.

This case makes my phone so heavy and bulky. I have small hands so it makes it hard to use only one hand for my phone. Also, the times I've dropped my phone with this case, the case breaks open. I don't recommend this case at all. Spend a little more money and get a better case.

When I tried to put the phone and it it came apart in two pieces it's a cheap piece of plastic I threw it away in the garbage

Size is huge....but wanted something cheaper to protect the phone until we could afford something better, this does the trick.

So the case feels flimsy, its made a little too big. The rubber corners slip off the edges while in your pocket and once it hits the floor the plastic just pops off and rubber corners may or may not stay around the edge. The finger sensor is harder to use due to the bulkiness of the case . Not worth it at all. Returned asap just disappointing.
