In Dr. Shamsuddin's book he recommends that the IP6 + Inositol be taken on an empty stomach with water. If you mix it with food or protein, it becomes less effective. BTW, it tastes good - it has a sorta lemony flavor.

I see so many positive reviews but I am confused because isn't this an anti nutrient?. The data is very conflicting?
