It is good at its job
+ better suction than others I used + brush doesn’t throw around things + auto empty makes this truly setup and forget - mapping process is a bit finicky

Does not work!
I have 3 iRomba + 3 iMOPs at home. I bought this for the dust storage unit. Past 3 months, it has not completed learning the map and does not work consistently. For the money I paid, I expected it to perform.

Better buy i7+ don't buy S9+ waste of money i7+ is worth the money it makes your home very clean

Very powerful machine, makes noise but thats fine.
Vacuum cleaning is very nice however software has lot of glitches. its quiet fast. it cleans really well. It takes more than 30-40 seconds to connect to wifi. Map keeps destroying. its super noisy.

Too much noise 😑
If you want peace of mind, never buy this robot. 😠😡😤 After 1 month of use, no warranty covers the grinding noice. 😠😡😤

Great product, poor customer service
Excellent product as advertised. Very long delay due to address not properly written. If the address is to a cargo forwarding company. i.e Aramex, Shop & Ship, etc make sure the address is correctly written from the shipper. Store’s customer service was not great following up, very much handing the problem down to DPD for me to sort it out with them. DPD Ireland and Amazon were really helpful though. Considering the price I would have expected more interest in the shipper trying to offer some help.
