It literally survived a smoke damage ‼️
Understand that this amp is perfect for apartment use. Strong enough for you to hear all your low-mid-high sounds plus gain without upsetting your neighbors. That being said, I used this until unfortunately I suffered a fire in December 2023. 🥺Long story short in the fire battle and the salvage period shortly after I grabbed this little guy. Hadn't used it since before the fire... UNTIL today! It has a smoke odor for obvious reasons. After a good wipe down and charging up... It literally worked like it did coming out of the box. Please purchase this if you're having to practice on enclosed spaces, or just to quietly practice at the lakefront. Or a small very intimate performance with an audience like family or maybe your roommate and their significant other and like 2 friends. And it can survive smoke damage. Unfortunately for me, I have proof!Go head and make the purchase. You won't be sorry.

Battery life not close to 4 hours playing continuously at normal volume...
Generally this little amplifier does what I expected. Sound not great but for something that fits inconspicuously in a backpack I don't think it's reasonable to expect more. My only complaint is that with continuous playing I only get about 75 minutes of battery life. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but 4 hours is unrealistic based on my experience.5/24/update. Customer service was eager to help and offered a refund. They suggested using a different charging cable and charging for over 3 hours. I charged it over night with a new USB cable and was able to extend the battery to 135 minutes playing time, which is good enough for my purposes.

Great product
Ok I have to give this a great review. I got this for my coworker that constantly talked about wanting an amp for when he plays in the city. Ever since I got this for him he’s raving about how good it sounds and there’s nothing quite like it. He’s had it for a few months not and still loves the thing.Over great stuff, thanks you for making the cool old guy at my shop really happy

Big sound tiny package
This little box is frankly amazing. Hard to believe so much lovely sound comes out of this tiny thing. And it's rechargeable! Sounds like a much bigger Amp. Love it. 5 stars all the way.

Small Box Big Sound
I have a collection of guitars and stringed instruments. Electric guitar, acoustic-electric guitar, electric steel guitar, and an acoustic-electric ukulele. I needed a practice amplifier that would be easy to practice with, and this one was perfect. Has ample volume, clean sound, and quality components. Lots of power in a little box.

Stopped Working
My son used this amp two times and it stopped working. His guitar teacher said it was very quiet and not loud enough for a guitar, but maybe a microphone. I would recommend going ahead and buying a name brand option such as Fender.
