I absolutely LOVED this! i was breastfeeding and needed something to help and this worked like a charm. I wish the bottle was a bit bigger, but it was worth it for how well it helped!

Seems to help. However, I didn't realize it was a liquid. If taken as directed three times a day, it only will last about a week. Very small bottle and the dosage makes it very expensive. Sad because it really helps. Not sure if it comes in a bigger bottle.
