Great so far.
After reading a number of unfavorable reviews of lots of other cleats I thought I would try these. There were no reviews and the product was fairly new, but I decided to order them. The cleats arrived quickly and I inspected them upon arrival. Pleased to report there are no rough edges and the base of the cleats are flat and level. The bolts were provided and three of the four fit perfectly in the hex holes with no problem. One bolt head was a bit snug but not a problem to tap it down into the hole. Appears that the galvanizing is thorough. Time will tell, but I am very pleased with the initial inspection.
