Durable, easy to install. Work great for air flow in any area you need it, I use them on an entertainment stains to get more air flow for my electronics and also in a wood reptile enclosure for air flow. All you need is a 3 inch hole saw bit. Drill it out and slide this in. Can also caulk or glue them in place but they fit snug with no adhesive so depending on installation reason could do it either way

I ordered some plastic louvers and I was very surprised when I opened my delivery. I had ordered one 3" round and four 1" round. So maybe I know nothing about housing supplies but I expected 5 pieces in the package. My astonishment was that there was one package of 4-3" louvers and four packages of 6-1" louvers. Oh, my goodness, I thought, either this is Christmas or I received too many. I finally realized that these pieces are prepackaged that way. Well, I was pleased with price when I though I was only getting 5 pieces and I'd order more as needed but Now I'm happy because I have more than enough to do my projects and that makes the price even better than I imagined. The product details say one piece but there are 4 -3" white plastic lovers in this bag, and I'm pleased cause I thought they cost $4.99 a piece, but I got four for that price. I can do four times as many projects as I planned. I wrote the company to correct the details, I'm sure more people will want to order when they realize they are getting a quantity of louvers for that price and not just one,though I thought I was buying one at that price.

They are fabulous!!! If your hesitant don’t be by them! I loved them so much I bought more! I bought 36 big and 38 small!!!

I used these to add eave vents to a small shed we recently bought. They are the perfect size for the 6" soffit on this shed (which is closer to 4-1/2" after you account for the trim). I saw another review where somebody said the holes in the vent were too big and would let insects in. Maybe they changed the design since then, but I can't see anything larger than a skinny gnat getting through these. I did have an issue with a few of them falling out after a month or so. I popped them all out, shot three dabs of construction adhesive on the sides and stuck them back in. Problem solved. In retrospect, I have two tips for installing these. 1) Take a few minutes and sharpen the teeth on your hole saw. It's worth the time. 2) Dab some construction adhesive on the sides before you pop the vents in. You can't rely on a friction fit if they are going in a soffit or ceiling.

This is my second set of 4. The first lasted about 8 years and then completely deteriorated. They were on a shed outside. I would recommend using metal vents outside because the sun destroys plastic vents. Unfortunately HD was out of the aluminum so ordered these again.
