Well built and a really chucky unit
This tripod gear head is a solid, well-built unit that stands out at its price point. The knobs can feel a bit stiff to turn, though they remain smooth, but that’s a minor issue. For those more familiar with ball or pan heads, the adjustment process might seem slower, but the trade-off is precise and stable control, making it ideal for still subjects.

Excellent value for money
Well built and durable. Does the job brilliantly and as others have mentioned, no need to spend a fortune on other brands when this is available. I got this on one of amazons limited time deals for £66 and to be honest, its a bargain at that price. Very pleased with my purchase.

Great value
I have a heavy DSLR (Canon 5D IV) and this has held up really well even with my big lenses. I'm happy with the purchase but wish they would come up with an alternative to the dial controls as they tend to hurt my hands. The thumb control lever works really well and I don't have any slippage with the ball at all.

A real simple easy to use three way gear head for tripod.
A real bargin item that saves you lots of headaches when trying to use a large lens such as the Sigma 150 - 600mm contemporary to take shots where stability and ease of alignment is important. I previously was using a simple ball head and the lens was just too heavy. The three adjustment knobs are a real dream to use, use can make large changes using the clutch knob and then fine tune with the knulrled knob. It even made night shooting so much better I could align on my target and know the lens would not drift.Best bit of kit ive bought in a long while and the price was good too.

Good value
I like K&F products - they are excellent quality and whilst not the cheapest, they are worth buying if you are a serious photographer. I have lots of filters, a tripod and accessories from them and no complaints with any of them.

Excellent piece of kit
Tried one of these that was made of carbon fibre very nice but £200. Bought this for £66 and it does the job just as well. I use it at rowing regattas and so far it’s been a huge help in getting the shots I need. Pros a very smooth action due to the dampers used on both lateral and vertical plains. The weight helps to keep the action smooth. No cons to be honest, or at least I haven’t found anything yet.

Initial thoughts
My initial thoughts on this gimbalIt’s heavy, robust and that’s what I was looking for. Easy assemble. Smooth movements. Stop screws on the Arca Swiss plate that can help stop catastrophic bad handling. One issueI use this with a 70/200 2.8 in combination with a mirrorless camera with a battery grip. The challenge is that when flipping from Portrait to Landscape the a locking bolt stops the full rotation.OptionsSet the gimbal to the opposite side, but the it’s not easy to use the zoom and it’s not a natural hold.Or find a bolt with a shorter head so the battery grip clears it.Time will tell.Bottom line is worth the money absolutely:))Now all I need is a tripod adapter for a 24/70 that will allow rotation:))
