Best calcium supplement out there as it is bioavailable. The others pass right through, like swallowing a rock. Not this one as it includes everything needed to absorb the calcium. Also got rid of my leg cramps at night!

I have been taking these capsules for years now. My doctor wanted to put me on a prescription for my bone density. I told her to give me 6 months to improve my bone density. She agreed. I started taking Jarrow Boneup and regular exercising on a regular schedule. The next visit the doctor was amazed. She said that my bones had improved and she said to continue taking the supplements and she would continue to monitor my bone health.

Good product with the right ingredients. Just be aware it has the cheaper, highly laxative, oxide form of magnesium, so you may be making more trips to the bathroom!

When my doctor told me to increase calcium I chose Bone Up because it has zinc and K3 which is needed to turn the calcium into bone.

Adds calcium for me

I just opened my new bottle of this today. I take them 3 times a day. The source of Calcium is the best for absorption. The added ingredients in the formula makes it a complete program to help with absorption as well. I was diagnosed with Osteopenia about 5 years ago and while I do take a bone density Rx as well this has helped to keep my calcium intake up to recommendations. My last density test showed a positive result.
