Perfect for my use
You really don't need Coleman name-brand mantles for your pressure lamp. I have a couple 70s era 220 series Coleman pressure lamps that I bought these for. They do tend to be a little larger than Coleman's branded mantels. I found mine hung way down to the base plate of the lantern. But, once you light them and they burn, they'll shrink back up to a more normal size and then begin to glow bright once they're fully lit with white-gas. For the price of about 2 Coleman mantels, you can get about 10 of these guys. So, unless you need name-brand for some reason, and I don't knock Coleman at all for quality, I found that these are cheaper to buy, easier to find, and work pretty much just as well.

Old school
If you have an old lantern, like I do, mantels are no longer sold in the Walmarts targets Home Depot’s or pretty much any sporting good store you got to get them online nowadays and these are a great deal

Decent quality
They work just fine for the price, maybe a little larger than Coleman brand but they shrink up enough for a standard lantern to fit.

very long, burns kinda yellowish, not bright white
green mantle on the left. center and right are the red/pink mantles. these are much longer than standard Coleman mantles. But they will shrink up a little. But still seem too long/big for your standard lantern. You might try the "pink" ones instead. They don't seem white bright like they used to be, but that might be the mantle is too big so the flame is spread out too much and the mantle does not get as hot as it needs to be?
