Disappointed - Only worked for ONE year
When I received these headphones they worked great for my job since I work from home & am on the phone 8 hours a day. I purchased them on 4/28/2023 & as of 3/28/24 I can only hear out of one side & people can't understand me through the microphone. I can't return them since they only came with a 2 month return window so I'm back to using my old school earbuds that don't cancel outside noise. Very disappointed because they worked great for the first 10 months.
