Worked perfectly
These are made of fairly thick steel. I have some others that are made of much thinner steel. My only concern with the thinner steel is how quickly it will rust away with time. If you live on the coast i would opt for these.

Code compliance and great support
Replaced three rotten post. Base functions as described/designed. Only problem I had was with anchor bolts to the concrete, not the base. I would recommend this base for all porch design.

Keeps post off ground and away from standing water. Will reduce chances of rot and extend post life.Easy installation + Excellent design.
