Bang for the buck
Used this kit to process an entire deer that I harvested including skinning, quartering, and butchering. The knives were of good quality although they seem to dull somewhat quickly. A couple runs through the included sharpener restored them to razor sharp. The handles are very grippy and comfortable which was handy during the process to maintain control of the knives and to reduce fatigue using these for long periods of time. The hard shell case is excellent and the knives fit in there tightly and securely. Overall for the price this is a great kit and I would recommend.

Good quality
These knives worked great for our butcher day. We processed 24 chickens and they did not dull out once. They were very easy to clean and made with great material.

Great set
Bought this several years ago and love it. Have used it to skin, debone and cut up many deer. Holds an edge well and the sharpener works well enough.

Good value
Great for field dressing and skinning. Boning knife needed frequent sharpening during deboning and butchering process. I would recommend using a honing rod when butchering. Good product for the price.
