Just like the company name “Reliable” this new steamer has high performance, is great quality and has lots of power! I can definitely see using this steamer throughout the house.

I used this device to clean the grout on my tiled kitchen countertops. It worked really well, but after only this one use, the brush bristles were already quite worn down, and I do not see where to purchase spare brushes. That is very disappointing.

In process of returning, I received a re-packaged product not new as ordered

It works similar to this one, but it has several holes that release the steam (and that plate is not removable). It works well enough on curtains and wrinkled shirts as it isn't terribly large. This steamer is more of a spot steamer and that works for different issues. Like my recliner had a small chocolate spot on the arm - where some melted chocolate fell on the arm and while I did my best to get it off, that brown spot remained. Not now - this steamer worked to soften the dried in chocolate and while I dabbed at it, I was able to remove about 95% of the chocolate spot so it is no longer that noticeable. I did have some icky-looking grout between the tiles in the bathtub and with a small brush attached, the steamer did a great job of both loosening it and the brush removed all the icky stuff. Cool! It may be more of a focused type of steam cleaner than some folks might use, but for me, it is worth having for those chores it is good at.

The media could not be loaded.  So sadly I didn’t even get a chance to use it I was excited to get it but once it arrived, the package had a lot of extra tape on it (red flag) well I continued to open the package and noticed it had been used it was some residual liquid still inside and to make things worse all of the components were not inside the package.

I always used to use my Stanley power steamer for cleaning. I bought this because I wanted to get something smaller and faster to use. The attachments are perfect for small areas and I t works great to disinfect smelly sports gear without having set up the big steamer and wait for the unit to heat up. The compact size makes storing it easier in between uses. The attachments make overall cleaning easier without the need of a bulky tank and long hose.

I bought this to remove the dirt that accumulates in between the tiles of my bathroom floor. I chose this one because the brushes are stiffer and I knew I needed that feature. I have lower back problem and I can do too much to get on my hands and knees to do this, so this works well for that purpose. I also used it to remove water spots from my front storm door that would not come off by just using Windex. It worked great. I had no idea how dirty it was till the scrubber began taking off the grime I had been missing doing it by hand over the years. It was totally effortless if I compare it to doing it by hand. The different brushes or heads got in all the crevices and curves of the tub with ease. I don't have to bending, no elbow grease, it's a wonderful tool. I used a soft scrub product and water spray bottle and rinsed with the shower head.

I purchased for the grout in bathroom that was getting moldy in hard to reach areas.It worked perfectly with no more scrubbing,spraying chemicals and being frustrated I would never get rid of the mold.It is light and easy to handle.I highly recommend this product.

I have been using the old Reliable Pronto steam cleaner for years and decided it was time for a new one. Right away I noticed some really nice improvements to the previous design. No longer do you have to wait a few minutes for the water to heat up enough to use - with this one you only need to wait about 20 seconds from attaching the water canister and you have steam on demand. When you run out of water after about 15-20 minutes of steaming, instead of waiting for the machine to cool again you just pop off the back canister, refill and keep right on cleaning. Besides these differences I found the new Pronto to clean just as well as my old one did, although this one is also much more comfortable to hold. Highly recommended!

You know how the cup holders and the gear shifter in the car gets yucky after some time, well I got it to clean that out. So far the cleaner works I tested it out on my bathroom sink faucet. It comes with a small chamber that you fill with water. It actually looks kind of like my water pik flosser actually but I digress. The steamer is powerful and very handy.Overall its great but my one recommendation is that they should produce a Cordless rechargeable version. When I do my car I will have to haul an extension cord with me. When I used it in the bathroom the cord worked but it was a bit short and inconvenient at times.

I decided on this because it had higher power than the others and was higher priced. Nice design. I figured it would blast away the grime. Well , complete opposite. Water just sputtered out . I followed directions exactly. Thank goodness I got a full refund. No wonder there were no reviews at time I purchased it. This probably won’t make it for public view.

This steamer does not work. It has pour steam quality and is poorly designed.
