I bought a bunch of weird flavor candy canes for Christmas. Some were good and some were strange.... This one was strange, but everyone tried them and nobody hated them.Positive: Bacon. How could you not like bacon.Negative: I tasted coffee and liquid smoke; weirdly enough it was compelling good, but the taste did stick around in my mouth for a while. Literally. I brushed my teeth three times before I could get rid of the aftertaste. My husband tasted smoke meat and lingering aftertaste. One friend tasted toasted leather. The last said it reminded him of bacon without actually tasting of bacon. Finally, I found them really had to get out of the plastic wrap without breaking them.Overall: Buy it but don't expect bacon-y goodness. But it is a fun to experiment with.

Great little "stocking stuffer" type gift.

This is being used as a white elephant gift. Which will be good for the person receiving this product. The price was a little high.

They're pretty gross, that is to be expected since they're bacon flavored candy cane's. The kids thought they were hilarious. Some of them even enjoyed eating them. Good quality. None came broken.

I bought one package of every novelty flavor of candy cane Amazon had to offer. They were meant to be gag gifts for my friends and family, and man alive do they put an emphasis on gag. Well, I personally hate bacon when it's actual real bacon, so I gifted this one to my younger brother (again. See reviews for Mac & Cheese and Pizza canes) and this time I didn't save one for myself. He tried this one first out of the four I "gifted" him with (we don't get along, hence my buying them in the first place, to be entirely honest). He actually was able to chew it a bit, but in the end he spit it out saying it was gross but it did taste like bacon. Just gross, sweet, bacon.For the record, none of the canes I bought, and I bought one of each flavor for Christmas 2020 (because apparently a plague wasn't enough of a punishment) arrived broken. Each one was pristine, box and all. Flavors, not so much.
