bokman for iPhone 7 Screen Replacement Parts White Display Assembly Front Panel

Have purchased two iPhone 7 screens both of which worked flawlessly. Could not fault the product and the price. It's difficult to tell it apart from an original screen.

Good presentation and packaging but looking at the touch button connector immediately thought that it looked odd - so after installation confirmed worst fear, screen and touch work perfectly but home button no function at all. Benefit of doubt thought may have, even though very careful damaged the chip in moving from old screen to new. New button purchased and exactly the same - dead, unresponsive to touch.Fitted original button back onto original cracked screen and full functionality including thumb print. Can only assume now that the screen replacement purchased is a dud!!First image is original Apple display connector, second Bokman replacement - obvious flaw in manufacturing process as other screens purchased look nothing like this odd angle and what looks like bad connection pins.

Screen itself seems fine, and compared with most on the market is quite similar. Its clearly not an apple screen equivalent show by the blueish tint in screen, however this is to be expected to a degree with the price. Install procedure was fine, and straight forward. I did however have an issue with the proximity sensor not working after install. After reseating many times the only way I could get working was to scratch the very think black coating off the case window, which once done the proximity sensor worked flawlessly. Contacted the seller with no response. It looks like the black tint was too thick for the proximity sensor to function correctly through.Its also worth noting I have had to disable 3D touch on the screen as its been pretty erratic on this screen (triggering when not pressed hard) to the point it was better to disable.I would suggest looking for an alternative product, but which one is better I am not sure.

The product is absolutely fine, no problem. It comes with the correct tools which are also perfectly good for the job.There is an instruction booklet, but it has a key missing step in that after you have managed release your old screen and have access to the inside of the iPhone, you should disconnect the battery before disconnecting anything else. This is not in the instructions supplied.Better to find the complete instructions in iFixit, but, READ ALL THE COMMENTS as some crucial tips are in there.Fiddly job. You need plenty of light and good eyesight or a magnifier, lots of patience, a steady hand, and 2 hours to spare.Long story short; all good as new.

Really easy to do, used multiple times great, good quality

Great presenting product and very well packaged. Easy to install with a little patience. Unfortunately this product doesn’t work. The screen has lines through it and the home button will not connect to its connector. Iv checked all the electrical ribbons and all are intact. I wondered if the actual screen fittings are faulty?

My wife has managed to smash her screen four times in the past year. Fed up with paying £40/50 a go for professional replacement so gave this a try. Came with all the required screw drivers including a three wing one which I didn’t have. Screen itself fits fine, needed a little extra persuasion to get the cables in as they are not perfectly positioned but made it work. When it boils down to it; if it breaks again I will buy the same one again.UPDATE the wife managed to break the screen again so I figure may as well buy this same screen again and again, absolutely fine. In fact this one fitted better and works better than the last one.

Absolutely brilliant quality for the price saved myself £££ by replaceiing the screen myself for a fraction of the price I wasn't expecting such good quality display you get tools with it so ur all set very easy to install very good quality and very durable the touch is perfect no issues at all will buy again if needed in the future
