Does this come with an ibt4n interface ? i need an ibt4n interface to connect the it4wifi to my gate comntroller.

Apologies, I don’t really have a super technical answer but I have one of these on my electric gate and recently had to refit a new one when my gate motor SIM-powered interface on my Robus gate motor needed rebooting (and I didn’t have the access code to reset it properly), I use the Nice device to circumvent SIM and use WiFi instead to control (text control of my gate isn’t great though but I never really used this)… I didn’t need to do anything to my existing interface… it was super easy to install and just plugged into the interface I have, but you need to make sure your WiFi is very strong - the nice app is really easy to use but I just use iPhone home to run mine, it took 10 minutes to get up and running.

Is this device weather proof? My gate controller is in a metal cabinet and would prevent wifi signals?

No it isn't weatherproof. You could put a small plastic IP65 box next to it and run the cable between.
