My mother always tried to make me eat liver as a child because of it's dense nutritional value but I could never manage it as I hate the taste of it .As soon as I read up on taking it in capsule form ,I looked around for the best available productand I bought these and I think they are the best value on the market as far as I can see and readily available.I've been taking them for about a month and feel great .

So we followed the instructions on the bottle but please beware. Liver is not supposed to be consumed daily. My GF and I have very stressful lives, these pills definitely give us a real boost mentally and helped with stress. Bc the benefits were real, she was taking it everyday. After a few months, we both were suffering from bodily inflammation and gout. My gf had to get bloodwork and her uric acid levels went through the roof. We had to stop taking it, unfortunately. We've added virgin coconut oil, apple cider vinegar, pineapple, grapefruit and lemon water to reduce gout. If you buy, please consider taking sparringly.

These seem to be a very high quality supplement, love that it is organically reared and grass fed.No after taste, in fact no taste at all. Easy to swallow and convenient to add to your meals.Capsules can also be broken open to sprinkle into soups or smoothies although that does mean you taste the liver a little obviously

After leaving this review I was contacted by the seller to assure me that the best before date was a typo and the correct date was on the Amazon website. I was also offered a complimentary pack as a gesture of goodwill which I have accepted.Mistakes happen 🙂I was shocked to see - after I had started to take them - that these capsules were out of date! As this is an animal based product I am very concerned that I these capsules may have been harmful to me.I have returned them for a full refund

These are the best sourced liver tablets I’ve found. Yes expensive but worth it if it’s in your budget. Basically the food based equivalent of a great multivitamin is how I think of it.

Best quality beef liver supplement I have found.

I was excited to start using these tablets but when opening them the seal wasn't intact and I felt wary of using them. So I'm unfortunately returning them for a refund.
