Q: Does it come with gas inside

This is a kerosene. It doesn't have any kerosene or gas in it so it can't be transported.

Q: How long does one fueling last?

I lit mine 2X per day and it maintained a good flame. Near the end, the wheel strikes will make larger sparks, which is a sign of the fuel nearly being out. I would say 3 weeks, top- if you were using it 2-3 times daily.

Q: Can you use regular lighter fluid (like Zippo) in these?

Yes. I used Ronsonol Lighter Fuel.
