Easy direct replacement
Fit perfectly for my malfunctioned one. Works fine no issues. Just as described so I'm happy with the results.

identical replacement
USed it for my harbor freight air compressor i got a while back in 2005. the pressure switch went out. this one swapped right in with no issues at all. Only thing i suggest is to adjust the top screw all the way out first and then tighten it to your desired pressure setting. Comes with a vial a blue stuff. didn't need that. whatever it was. keep in mind, it may not have grounding screws. mine didn't, so i just re used the ones from the old unit that i had.

This is the good oem replacement part
Just tighten the 4 assy screws and the unloader fitting nut before installing. Loose screws are why the diaphragm blows out. Should have lock washers and longer screws for those. Maybe some gasket sealant also.

A perfect form, fit, and function replacement
I had an old Harbor Freight 5-gallon air compressor that I was giving to a friend, but the pressure switch had been damaged due to overtightening a coupler (my fault, not realizing that the original switch was pot metal.) This was an identical and perfect replacement for that switch, restoring compressor function to as-new. I was a little less aggressive putting the coupler in this one, and all was well.
