Samsung Original Level U2 - Bluetooth in Ear Wireless Stereo Headset with Mic, Black

I recently purchased the Samsung Level Neck Band and I am thoroughly impressed with its performance. The neckband is comfortable to wear for extended periods of time and the sound quality is fantastic. The earbuds fit snugly in my ears and stay in place, even when I am walking. The controls are intuitive and easy to use, and the battery life is more than adequate for a full day of use. I also appreciate the quick charge feature, which allows me to top up the battery in just a few minutes. Overall, I highly recommend the Samsung Level Neck Band for anyone in the market for a high-quality wireless neckband.

Everything is Average but level u(1) was better sound quality and much better than U2. And my U2 was defected . It was giving beeping sound frequently almost every 15 to 20 minutes. Now I'm facing return issue. I don't know I will get or not proper support/ cooperation whereas I have a prime membership but still I didn't get proper cooperation. Courier Boy came late where they told he will come on 12th April but he came on 14th and he rejected my request . I don't know what I will do next. So before buy please check once.Now I'm adding little bit more that delaying delivery by delivery agent (2days delayed after giving the delivery date in mail) my issue got more complicated and now they are refusing to solve and they told me to keep this defect product, they can't do anything.

I'm writing this review after 8 months. I have used many neckbands available online my OnePlus bullets wireless z2 neckband it got spoilt in 3 months. This Samsung Level U2 lasts for 8 months in heavy usage. However it still works but I have used tape to fix it. Only 1 con is make it flexible so that it doesn't break. Over all I love this Samsung neckband as I'm still using it. The best pros of this piece is that *it fits very well in the ear* and it's not noticeable as the wire is short. However they should have made it flexible like Samsung U flex. But in Samsung U flex I don't like the ear buds as it can spoil the ear and Samsung U flex is over priced. Thanks

It was gone within 2 months from the delivery date.I don't expect this kind of performance from Samsung brand
