OEM fit for 2012 Nissan Murano. Easy install.
Perfect fit on my 2012 Nissan Murano. Total time to remove old torque mount and install new was approx 30 min. Bolt size is 18mm which is not common on most metric wrench sets. Be sure you have wrench and socket before you start. Bolt removal attaching to auto body will clear firewall windshield overhang without any other part removal needed. Just remove engine block mount bolt first so mount can be pushed backward to allow bolt head to tilt forward to clear the windshield over hang. Loosening the 3 10mm brake fluid reservoir bolts and sliding it aside is needed to unscrew the engine mount bolt fully. Installation is reverse of removal.

Good alternative for OEM part
Pretty much identical to the OEM part. This particular variant from Beck-Arnley is manufactured in Taiwan, which generally puts out higher quality parts than other Asian countries outside of Japan. I'll update this review, if necessary, if the part fails early etc.
