Motor went out in ours ,Ordered this one and it works perfect!Came with a lil screwdriver.Replaced in minutes , SUPER quick and easy.10/10 recommend.

Worked fine for about 4 minutes now randomly comes on really loudly and then suddenly stops
I liked how easy it was to pop out the old one and put back in it's very simple to change. However it does not work 90% of the time after a few days of being installed. When I first installed it it worked fine for the first spot clean test. After that it comes on for a few seconds here or there makes a really loud high pitch noise and then shuts itself off. Not going to bother to upload a video when there are tons of other videos in here that show what it looks like

Fixed Brad right up
The brush had quit working on Brad (our name for our Roomba). This fixed him right up. Quick easy fix.

It's a good thing
It's a good thing the iRobot has modulated parts. We have three cats and an Australian shepherd dog. The pet hair is outrageous, and the brushes get overwhelmed. I rate this 3.5 to 4 stars because it's plug and play and I had zero problems with this seller or the pricing, but the motor on the replacement is not as strong as the original. Likely, I shall need to replace the replacement sooner than the original. But it's good to know that the overall machine is so easily serviced.

Failed prematurely
This is the second one of these side brush motors that I have purchased from this seller. The first one lasted over a year and a half possibly longer.Unfortunately, this one only lasted 3 months. It would appear that the quality has dropped off since my original first purchase.The positives are fast shipping and a fair price. The ease of replacement has nothing to do with the seller, it is simply a product of a better design by iRobot.

Broke within a month
This only worked to clean dust off about 800sf, then it broke and no longer spins. What a waste of money. I expected it to last for longer than 800sf. For many people that's a single day use of a Roomba.
