Great
The Safety First Aid Group HypaGel Reusable Hot and Cold Packs are a real lifesaver, and let me tell you, they've become my go-to for handling all kinds of aches and pains.First off, the versatility is fantastic. Whether you need some soothing heat to relax sore muscles or cold therapy to reduce swelling, these packs have you covered. They're like the Swiss Army knives of pain relief – ready for action whenever you need them. The convenience factor is a game-changer. You can heat them up in the microwave or cool them down in the freezer, and they retain their temperature remarkably well. Plus, they come with a soft, comfortable cover that makes them easy to handle without freezing or burning your skin. And the best part? They're reusable! I've used these packs countless times, and they're still going strong. No more dealing with disposable one-time-use heat or cold packs. It's like having an eco-friendly sidekick in your pain relief journey. But let's not forget the fun part. They're like the adult version of ice cream and a warm blanket – you get to choose your temperature adventure. It's the ultimate "Netflix and chill" for your muscles and joints. In summary, the Safety First Aid Group HypaGel Reusable Hot and Cold Packs are a must-have for anyone dealing with minor injuries or discomfort. They're versatile, long-lasting, and super easy to use. I don't know how I survived without them. So, if you want a hassle-free and eco-friendly way to deal with those pesky aches and pains, these packs are the way to go! 😄🌡️❄️

Very versatile, hot or cold.
For anyone who has pain that requires hot and cold treatment, these are the best that I have found. Especially for cold.I have a few ailments including a ruptured disc.Unfortunately there is no treatment on the NHS other than exercises. Although I dd have an epidural. But unfortunately the pain relief only lasted for 5 weeks. So 3 years later and my condition hasn't improved. So these packs are really helpful in helping to block out some of the pain. I'm on a lot of pain meds, nothing to do with my back. But it was only having treatment from a private physiotherapist, that was surprised that i could feel so much pain, given my meds. She helped a lot with my sciatica, and got me to ask my gp for an mri. Well i had to be referred by an nhs physiotherapist, so that took time. But the mri vindicated what my physiotherapist said. That I have a ruptured disc.Sorry, back to my review. These pads are clear, and the gel is an unbelievable beautiful blue colour. They don't stick to my body, although I place them over my thin cotton top, so no risk of damage. They haven't leaked, are flexible, so never go solid. They are versatile, and I alternate between these and cotton pads that you microwave for heat.I bought some for my son when he hurt his shoulder.I can highly recommend them.

Convenient and Effective for Quick Relief
The HypaGel Reusable Hot Cold Gel Packs are a versatile addition to my first aid kit. They are easy to use, either by freezing or microwaving, depending on whether you need cold or hot therapy. The packs stay flexible when cold, making them easy to apply to various body parts. I used them primarily for muscle strains and minor injuries, and they provided quick relief. The fact that they are reusable makes them cost-effective and environmentally friendly. However, I wish they stayed cold for a bit longer. Overall, a great product for managing minor injuries and pain relief at home or on the go.

Great, definitely recommend
It’s a great size, it’s been a godsend with my foot and ankle injury, I have used this lots, I have to admit I bought it because I was using my mums old one and I burst it, I bought this to replace hers, but she said hers was free and not to worry. It would be great to use on your back, knee, foot etc. with the size it is I actually shaped it into a V in the freezer and could use it with ease on my foot and ankle. Definitely recommend, great for many uses.

Versatile
Great items. Very useful to have ready from the freezer. Wraps round items or parts of the body. Always have a cover between the skin and gel pack. Lasts a good time to chill area or in a cool box. A good size making it very versatile, comfortable and value for money.

You get what you pay for, but fantastic support
Bought this to help treat a back injury, the gel works fantastic however the compression cuff does not. After two weeks use, the Velcro has now come undone making the cuff unfit for purpose as I can no longer use it to hold the gel in place. Emailed seller directly for support, they have sent a replacement really quickly and this unit appears to be better quality..

Gel pack with holder
Well though through. Works well on my leg and knee, but would probably work easily as well for back pain. Stretch locking fixed belt to hold it in place.
For Cold Use: Place HypaGel in freezer for at least 30 minutes. If intended for use on eyes, refrigerate for 30 minutes. For Warm Use: Place HypaGel in hot (not boiling) water for 10 minutes. Alternatively, can heat in microwave covered with water in a microwaveable bowl. If at room temperature, heat for 1 minute on high wattage and allow to rest for 1 minute before applying. If frozen, heat for 75 seconds on high wattage and allow to rest for 75 seconds before applying. Directions can be found printed on the pack.
Safety Warning
Do not apply warm pack immediately after an injury, or to areas of swelling or redness. Never apply directly to skin without protection, such as a towel. For external use only. If fluid contacts skin or eyes, flush with water. Do not use if pack is punctured or torn. If gel is swallowed, induce vomiting and seek medical attention. Do not apply to open wounds. Keep out of reach of children.
