LMNT Zero Sugar Electrolytes - Grapefruit Salt | Drink Mix | 30 Count

At Crossfit after complaining about leg cramps keeping me up all night, a Coach recommended taking LMNT. So I tried it and it words for me. Having suffered leg, ankle, shin, foot and toe cramps since a kid this is nothing short of a miracle. I drink two a day, one after the work outs and another in the evening before bed. The two times a day routine works for me. Magnesium not so much, but I still take the supplement. The flavor is not bad and for me doesn't taste too salty, though I love salt. Perhaps try a sample from someone before you buy if you don't use much salt in your diet.

I’ve tried several LMNT flavors before and decided to give the Grapefruit Salt version a try, and it definitely did not disappoint. The flavor is refreshing with a nice balance of citrus and saltiness without tasting overly artificial or too sweet. One of the biggest reasons I keep coming back to LMNT is the formula itself: -zero sugar -good amount of electrolytes and minerals -no unnecessary fillers It works especially well for workouts, hot weather, fasting, low-carb diets, or simply staying hydrated throughout the day. Compared to many sports drinks loaded with sugar, this feels much cleaner and more effective, especially if you actually want meaningful sodium, potassium, and magnesium intake. The only downside continues to be the price. The product works well and tastes great, but the cost per packet adds up quickly if you use it daily. That’s really the main thing holding it back from being a perfect product for me. Overall, this is one of the better electrolyte drink mixes out there, and the Grapefruit Salt flavor is definitely worth trying if you already enjoy LMNT products.

I was using Nuun tablets and Ultima powder because I thought LMNT too expensive. Except that one packet of LMNT is more than enough flavor for a full 40-ounce bottle of water, compared to needing two more more Nuun tablets or scoops of Ultima. So when you actually get down to using the product, LMNT isn't so expensive. Also, by using "Subscribe and Save" you can knock four bucks off of the price, and that makes it even better. LMNT doens't have all of the nasty artificial flavoring aftertaste of some other brands. My only complaint is that they don't have more variety in their flavors compared to competing products. I like the raspberry and grapefruit flavors, but that's about it.

Grapefruit salt is my second favorite flavor, it is almost as refreshing as the citrus and it’s perfect for a post workout, I had creatine to mine.

LOVE LMNT as my go to electrolytes powder to add to my water and help boost my hydration. Now my boyfriend’s stealing my packets! I have on auto subscribe now! Can’t live without.
