Do these work better with boxers or briefs? (For guys...)

How big are these? Diameter?

I'd say four inches across or more...I don't have any of these pads anymore because they were too large for me. I found that those drugstore packs of cotton ovals for makeup removal are smaller, less expensive and do the job just as well or better as this product in a much more convenient size. Try the "Ma Ying Long" Chinese Hemhorrhoid ointment as well...its the only product that really works!

How long can I leave it in?

Good question! Some of our product testers were truckers and they reported leaving Anupad in place for 8 to 10 hours at a time. Your situation might dictate changing every couple of hours if you are more active and not sitting the whole time.

Can i use anupad "dry" without ointment or cream? sometimes i get a little leakage down there...

Yes, they can be used "dry" to control "little leaks" that are common with Diarrhea, Fecal Incontinence, Crohn's and UC. Anupad is really thick and thirsty. You can also use more than one at a time to help absorb more mess.
