Great board, just like the ones used by my physiotherapist. Strong and good grip surface, I feel safe and confident using this for post-injury rehab. High quality item which feels as though it will last a long time. I am over 100kg and this is very sturdy.

I have suffered from severe vertigo for nearly two years, and have now beaten the dizzy stage and have started to concentrate on my balance. This balance board is ideal, and sturdy. After just two weeks I can measure the improvement in my balance. My next step is to get a balance ball and get ready for surfing!

The only thing that lets this rocker down is that it is impossible to keep clean, I guess because the surface is slip resistant Otherwise it is excellent, well made and sturdy. I love using it

This is a sturdy frame and I have it sitting next to my stand desk. I use it on and off during the day, normally when I’m on a teams meeting. I was worried about reviews on the floor you use but mine sits well on my tiled floor. The top is a little rough but I stand on it in yoga socks normally because that’s what I quite often have on. But bare feet is fine as well (maybe I just have tough feet)

As someone who's tipping the scale at 17st and whose desk is on carpet, it's tricky to find something durable enough to work for me. I need to stand more, but find it desperately dull standing still, and my legs don't like it much. Music works a treat, but not so much during meetings! This is great - I probably look like I've got ants in my pants, but it does give me a bit of relief in terms of posture. If you get it wrong it definitely works your muscles! I can quite see that the one going in all directions would be a step up - I will be attempting it, but not yet :D

Bought this for my elderly dad for "homework" after NHS his physio sessions. Strong, well made with grip tape on the balance surface. Costs peanuts works great. Buy it.

Average. The felt damages easily of the bottom

Fab item. Was recommended by my Sons Physio as a way for strengthening his legs during rehabilitation from Osgoods. Really sturdy and exactly like the one she had. Use on hard surface rather than carpet to get the best benefits.

We picked this up for my son, who has ASD. It was recommended by his physiotherapist and OT. He can practice his balance quite well now. Helps him regulate too as it calms him down. The material is good, solid wood feel. The black grit on top is nice and doesn’t seem to be peeling at all. The board is just his height and wide enough for his use. We did purchase for a 3-4yr old, but assume anyone can use it. I’ve stood on it and it’s held up fine. I weight 135lbs. The pads on the side are good as it leave space so you don’t slam into the ground should you topple over. It’s got a softer strip on the balance curve part, this is just stapled/glued on. My guess so it doesn’t scratch your floor. Thus far, it’s lasted. We’ve only used it indoors. When it arrives the whole things all put together so you’re not wasting time setting it up. Small enough to travel or take it with you if needed, car-wise. Maybe not in a suitcase, lol.

Wow! This product is way more solid and well built than I expected. The size is great for standing on, and it's a perfect wobble for things like planks and push-ups to add some stability training.
