Perfect size for cooking jumbo eggs. Especially for egg sandwiches. Heats up and cooks the egg very quickly. I coat with just a smidgen of oil each time and find the pan very non-stick.

This is amazing for eggs. It helps keep them round. The pan has been used a fair amount and it holding up. I never use metal on utensils on my pans. I have a gas range so it's a bit small but I just use low heat. Definitely great for small cooking. My only complaint, and this could be cause I have a gas range, is the handle is hot after use, even through the protector it has. Random Pro Tip: The key to successful sunny side up eggs to to season AFTER cooking to prevent yolk breaks.

I had a couple of these in the past and they lasted a few months till they lost their non-stick property. Since this was convenient, I bought a couple more recently. I was shocked to see the coating bubble and peel off and stick to the egg. It could have been dangerous because I would have fed the egg to my kids. Something is wrong with this product since this happened to two of them, on the first use. Not only is this disappointing, it is an absolute waste of your money, effort and food. I’m surprised Amazon’s AI has not flagged this product based on the number of complaints.

Bought this pan because I had one just like it from same manufacturer before for several years. The pan arrived with slight scratches on the outside. After the first use frying an egg on medium heat, the coating on the inside of the pan lifted in several spots. The egg white burned into the coating I never encountered on my other pan. This pan is junk!

First use. As soon as it heated up, the pan started smoking.(!) It filled the kitchen, and I had to immediately open windows. Next, the purple paint started turning darker and darker. The pan started out the same color as thd handle. Looks like some of the purple (now black) paint peeled off the bottom. Then, the white coating is now beige. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

Non stick is true. The non stick liner on the pan does not stick!! Can you imagine the toxins you are eating cooking with it? All in the name of greed. I will be returning it asap. Save your time and money.

The pan is way too light to even sit straight on the stove due to the super light weight. And the handle insulation is not sufficient, burns your hand.
