No 'Play All' option makes this pretty useless
Load a bunch of music into a file and hit play... then listen to the first song play over and over and over. There is no way to get it to play all the music in the folder. Not that I can find at least... which is another problem, with the interface being quite minimal/vague.Look elsewhere for an MP3 player.

Awesome
You add music to it by hooking it up to the desktop. I choose to make my own folders, but you can just dump them into the music folder and it organizes them by album, genre, or artist--whatever you want. My 9 year-old daughter uses mine and she can navigate it fine. My three teenagers also have this mp3 player and love it! It has plenty of memory for all the mp3's we want on it. When it dies sI will buy another of the same brand. The headphones are good, too. I am not reviewing this specific listing on Amazon; I know I got the Clip Sport, but I'm not sure if this one listed comes with the sport headphones (with the thick cord). They're awesome.

Don't Bother
The player is really hard to use as the controls are difficult to understand. There are no directions in the packaging so you have to download them from the Sandisk website. Even after going over them and trying to use this, the operation is less than acceptable from my standpoint. Worst of all, is that Sandisk considers this a "consumer product" so there is NO phone or Live Chat support, only email which is terribly slow. Do yourself a favor and purchase an iPod Nano...which is what I did after returning the Sandisk Clip Sport.

So so
The manufacturer claims battery backup as up to 24 hours however I have got maximum of 10 hours at the most.Further, charging via wall power outlets is a problem. It shows as charging even after 24 hours. One has to connect via laptop to get prompt as "charged". Very time consuming and irritating.Overall experience is satisfactory. Poor battery backup. Music output is average.
