Es un buen molde, no se pega nada, la capacidad no es mucha si se piensa hacer un quiche o algún postre con mucho relleno pero para tartas con crema pastelera es una muy buena opción además de que se desmolda fácilmente.

Good quality and great price
I love baking and I have a lot of baking sheets/pans but I didn’t have this shape tart pan yet. It makes a beautiful rectangular Tart, perfect size looks great on a platter as you can see in the photo. It’s the perfect height to hold right amount of filling. It’s two pieces, the bottom of pan is removable and so easy to clean. Love it.

Excellent pans by Fox Run
If you are searching for classic, French pastry-worthy tart pans, look no further. They are produced by the reputable brand, Fox Run, and these tart pans live up to the name. They are extremely easy to clean (although, I did butter the pans before baking). One of my primary reasons for purchasing rectangular pans, rather than round, is the fact that it is easier to portion servings. The pans are solidly made, not light, and therefore I expect to get many years of use from them. I highly recommend this product. As a bonus, these pans were an add-on offered by Amazon, which made the pans extremely affordable.

Très satisfaite mais je ne l’ai utilisée qu’une fois
J’ai fait une tarte aux pommes et le tout s’est très bien nettoyé. Je vais probablement m’en acheter un deuxième. Pour deux personnes ça fait un dessert juste parfait si on ne veut pas en avoir pour la semaine. Mais pour recevoir c’est mieux d’en avoir deux.
