Q: Are these cases 'crinkly' or noisy when you lay on them?

I had to take them off in the middle of the night as they were too loud for me to sleep without waking up when I turned.

Q: Are these noisy? Will keep smells out?

As far as noise - slightly. As far as keeping smells out - I would think so. When I zipped it up around the pillow, it ballooned out a bit and with squeezing the pillow, the air slowly leaked out. But they are very nice in all other respects. Zero odor!

Q: Can anyone share what the fabric label says? This company managed to leave out all that info from this product's description.

Fabric label (tag) says: "Sleep Solution MOONSEA" on both sides. Nothing else on the label. No other tags.

Q: does this pillow protector protect against bed bugs?

Yes, of course, since it desige as a pillow encasement, it can provide fully protect.
