Having a 2023 Subaru Forester, I was in search of a six inch quality cable to plug my Pixel 8 with case to connect Android Auto. I have been an Amazon customer for over a decade and this is one of the best finds overall. Yeah, a small purchase and only a cable you day, but it is perfect for this use!

These cables seem well made and are great when all you need is a short cable. Instead of three feet of USB cable wadded up in the center console of my truck, I now have this nice short orderly cable. And the right angle connector helps protect it from abuse/damage. Not much negative to say about these cables. The only unanswered question is how durable they will be over time. So far, I'm happy with them.

I got this cable as a backup for a 1 foot cable that has 90 degree connectors on both ends. At 0.6 feet, this is a perfect size for connecting my phone via cable for charging it in my car's centre console. The cable is wrapped for extra protection and may help prevent cable damage. The connectors provide a tight fit, so I am not expecting any loosening while I am driving. I am not using this cable for connecting to the audio system, I use wireless for that. This cable is only being used for charging the phone. All-in-all, this seems like a great choice.

Excellente performance de charge : Grâce à sa faible longueur, il encaisse très bien la charge malgré sa finesse. J'ai pu y faire passer 3 A sans problème, avec une chute de tension très faible (de 5,07 V à vide à 4,96 V sous charge). La limite à connaître : Débit de données : Il est limité au protocole USB 2.0. Il ne sera donc pas adapté au transfert de gros fichiers (ex. vidéos volumineuses). Pour cet usage, orientez-vous plutôt vers un câble USB 3.2 Gen 1 (anciennement USB 3.0) ou supérieur. Conclusion : Ce câble a tout à fait sa place dans une voiture ou sur un bureau. Il est parfait pour recharger efficacement vos appareils sans encombrer l'espace.

I love short cables. This one is very flexible, braided and pretty good quality although the cable feels like it's a bit on the thin side compared to most others out there. Because it's a braided material, it's pretty bendable. The USB end is definitely aluminum, although I can't be certain the USB C end isn't plastic. There's molding plastic lines on the right angle corner. Speed wise it charges my phone at the expected speeds at about 2-3A. Unfortunately, I couldn't test it for data transfer speed. I had to go through an adapter and USB hub, so I couldn't be certain it represents true speed.
