These medications are intended to treat the fish not the entire aquarium. Use a level scoop of each item with a little tank water add Garlic Guard stir. Then place your fish food in mixture and let it soak 15 or 20min. Then feed your fish This treats a host of Fungal, Bacterial and Internal infections.

Is this all safe and affective for ghost cats and ghost knifes, corys, loaches,plecos, synodontis decoras?

These types of fish don't do well with most meds and salt due to being very sensitive to water changes. I would only recommend using these products as a last resort after eliminating all other options. If you need to resort in this medication I would recommend trying half of the normal dose first in a quarantine tank and monitor your fishes' behaviors.
