L Methyl Folate 15mg + Methyl B12 Cofactor, High Potency Active 5-MTHF Form

For someone that has ADHD and problems sitting still I started taking these for focus and to help with brain function. After 5 days of taking these I can honestly say I feel like I am back on Adderall. They really calm me down. I take one capsule in the morning and within 35 minutes it hits me. My focus is on point. But I am extremely calm and mellow. I don’t know if I like it yet or not, cause I feel like these work way too well. Will keep taking and update in another week. So far so good. No jitters, no insomnia, and no crash. But they slow me down a lot. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I bought this for my 92 year old mom. It was recommended by the psyc nurse. I feel over all it has helped with her brain function and energy levels. Capsules are easy to swallow. A bottle last 60 days, so it’s cost effective.

I would give this more stars if I could bc I feel like it’s given me my life back. I struggle with severe anxiety and depression and take medication but I still found myself foggy and lacked any energy or ambition to get started on my day to day tasks. Adding this to my daily meds has not only kept me from having me to increase my dosage and suffer potential negative side effects from it but my head is clearer and I have my spark back! No noticeable side effects or bad taste and the capsules are the same size as most prescriptions or Tylenol tablets so they’re easy to take.

I have to have them my body stopped making folate one a day has made a major improvement in my life.

This is helpful for one with an MTHFR gene mutation, but 15mg is a lot (unbeknownst to me at the time of purchasing) and caused anxiety and difficulty sleeping. Test your levels before trying!

This product has no taste and you can notice a difference within 20 minutes after taking it it helps me with my ADHA and keeps me on a straight steady line with my focus I love this product I have been taking it for over a year now and I even give it to my son for his ADHD because we refuse to take prescription medication I can’t say it fixes everything but it definitely helps calm the brain to be able to focus. I haven’t ever had any side effects to this and I it gives me great energy without the shaking and jitters the pills size is normal and easy to swallow

BEWARE! Rating 5 stars so it’s seen. I am sad to say that this has caused an awful allergic reaction in me. The positives after taking it as far as having a clearer mind, lower anxiety and a steady energy are nice. HOWEVER… today was the first day I took it and about an hour after I took it, I noticed my head was itching like crazy. I really didn’t think anything about it, although I did think it was strange, but then my entire body started itching to the point I was covered in hives. I had to take Benadryl to stop from going crazy. It’s been over five hours since I took it and I am still itching deep in my skin. I looked it up and it did say that this was a side effect. Be very, very aware of the other side effects also before you take this.

Nice product but its too soon to notice a difference also the box it came in wasn't sealed luckily the bottle was sealed
