Perfect Sheath
I was looking for something better than the nylon sheath that came with the multitool as the OEM sheath tends to wear and tear easily over time. This fits it snugly. I'm on the fence about the design as when extracting the multitool, it will automatically deploy the pliers. I may simply want to use the knife or centerdrive to screw or unscrew something, so it becomes an extra step to retract the pliers. Also, the storage space for your bits doesn't have any retention and I worry that I may eventually lose them because of lack of retention. The belt clip is solid and I actually have it secure on a plastic MOLLE panel that I keep in my EDC bag. Very happy overall. Recommended.

Sleek and sturdy and super tight tolerances.
I use my gerber multi tool every day at least 30 times a day while i am at work. I got this because my carrier was just destroyed. I wanted something sturdy and have the spot for the BITS. some of the reviews caused me concern but since i was using a gift card so What the hell. It locks and pulls out just as easy. It does not bind and is a quick draw. I will most likely buy a 2nd. The only issue i have and this is minor but for me would be very helpful. I wish that the belt loop was a full loop not clip on. I find i some time catch it and pulls it off. But so far I am ok with the loop.. The fit and finish is awesome and tolerances are tight and spot on. great job.

You will not find a more secure holster for your multi-tool
Buy this and throw away the one that comes with the tool. The manufacturing on this holster is top rate, the fit is excellent, and it holds the tool very securely without sacrificing ease of use. The belt clip is strong enough to hold itself to a MOLLE loop without any worries of the tool or the holster coming loose. I have been using this product every day for 2 months, and I will likely not have the need for a second one, as I do not fear loosing my tool. Most importantly, the costumer service I received from RAE GEAR was refreshing to say the least. USPS made a mistake, and RAE GEAR answered my call with a live person on the second ring and corrected the issue in less than a day. I was impressed. Every product can be improved, and I have two small suggestions for the seller: 1st, the break in period for the tool to wear itself through the powder coat for smooth draw and holstering was a little rough. Slightly widening the side plates (10-20 thousandths) and inserting a smoother/softer wear plate opposite the retaining spring would be great. 2nd, for this model in particular, one of the biggest advantages is being able to use full size bits in the driver. Adding storage for a few more bits (2-3) would make this holder stand out. Great job, and thank you!

It holes the Gerber Center Drive Tool Well
What i love about this is that when you go and pull your tool out of the holder, the holder is designed so that it releases the pliers as you pull the tool out. Thats pretty handy for a one hand operation. It's a very simplistic holder, I wish it could accommodate the bit set that comes with the center drive. My only gripe is that the clip that attaches to the belt is very difficult to slide onto your belt. I have to use two hands to open it up and then slide it onto my belt. The belt holder just has way too much tension it seems like. I am sure I can fix it by bending it back but I haven't bothered. 4/5 stars due to the belt attachment issue I mentioned. Other than that, I still recommend this.

Made my centerline edc
This sheath reduced the overall profile of my Center-fire and made it easier to wear and deploy. It also uses an open clip that is easy to remove (love this) but doesn't fall off. Tip: Squeeze and pull back slightly as you draw it or the pliers will partially deploy when you are taking it out. Also, though the fit is snug, the tool can be worked out accidentally while getting in and out of a tight seating situation like a car or truck. I've gotten into the habit of giving it a check when I get out of my jeep. Great sheath for this tool. Make sure you get the one modded for the extra bits if you carry those.

Use daily. Fantastic holder for the Center Drive.
Ok, this is a must buy. It’s significantly better than Gerber’s stock holder. Hold tool and extra bit secure and it made of metal. I can see this lasting the life of the tool. Easy to adjust the back to the width of the belt your wearing and comes with extra clip option if you prefer that instead of the pass through design. Love it!

Junk plastic
So I just ordered the adjustable belt clip because I used the hell out of my 2.5 in. belt clip in my service uniform and wanted it in my civilian attire. So they send 2 different clips to change out, one a retention clip and the other an adjustable. So I went to try both out and removing the clip was fine but the install snapped the weak PLASTIC holder. Im sure according to the company I "installed incorrectly" but who wants a "sturdy belt sheath" for a multitool made of plastic. A sheath is for quickness of use because you probably use it alot, plastic won't last. Dont by the adjustable. Their standard metal clips are great. So I'm out $40.

If you have the center drive or are thinking of getting one this is a must have. Can easily and sturdily carry on my belt now and you can pull it out in a way the deploys the pliers as you take it out of the sheath. They are making a updated model that holds the bits at well and will probably order that one too.

It makes the Centre Drive a better multitool, allowing it to deploy the pliers straight from this holder.
