I like this poster. Unlike many others, it shows the real person performing different yoga postures. It's simple, easy to follow. Really helpful.

It won't go flat. Good to for poses

I'm a beginner and wanted a poster of poses. They used a real model with is a plus. If you are a teacher or just want this for a home studio or a gym. This would be a nice piece. I'm planning on taking classes but for now. I just want to get a better understanding of yoga is before I commit to classes. The poster is laminated and looks wonderful. They even shipped it in a poster tube. I was excited that the supplier would go that extra step. What more could I write about. This is a great teaching tool. Highly recommended.
