For the money these look good
I used these with a few other vines and flowers so they looked really good unsure how good they would look if you were just using these as I think you would need at least 30 to 40 stems for an arch with maybe ivy trails added in (I used 6 stems for my lights. They are nice but not bushy like real wisteria. For a wedding they would look lovely.
