It is a helpful product. I was woried about the taste but it's good. Gives energy to the body. No side-effects. Value for money product. Good for health.

This powder tastes overly sweet and exactly like sugar powder or glucose for an "unflavored" creatine monohydrate powder. It's a shame. The included scoop was the same as the one that comes with their protein powder and holds a much larger quantity than 3g or 5g.

Excellent outcomeOriginally Approved Product by FDA. 5 min before a workout after workout within 5 min. for a week one spoon we can divide it before and after work out..thereafter 3 grams..that also we can divide before and after workout..water is d good source to mix it..3 to 5 litres of water just a day or on the day we exercise.

Packing of the product is good, especially considering the price. But, it has that slight glucose like taste. Of course, it is not pure glucose....but definitely mixed-up.

This is one of the worst creatine i have used in my life from last 3 years, i think the qunatity is not 250gm ..worst product

I have tried this product for the first time but I did made a mistake the product shows 5gm scoop but actually its 14gm so its not good for beginners !

Don’t buy. It’s worst Product. Buy another brand
