Pricey replacement radiator, completely worth it.
Pricey radiator replacement for a 97 Sahara TJ with the original radiator with plastic top and bottom pressed/clipped on tanks that developed a leak. Did not offer prime shipping, but received very quickly, packed well, and in perfect condition. Best looking aftermarket radiator I've seen, and have gotten several for different vehicles over the years. Good solid build quality, first rate paint, all fins straight, noticeably heavier and more solid feel than stock. Bolted right in with everything lining up and ready to go in about 30-40 minutes. Has appropriate cutouts on passenger side for AC lines, and petcock plug on bottom passenger side. Never had an overheating condition with old rad, always ran just under 210 mark, but have noticed probably a 5 to 10 degree drop with new radiator, even tho have just installed and am sure theres at least a little air in system not burped out yet. No down side for me yet except it being 2 or 3 times what i would have paid for a parts store cheapy replacement, but if I needed another radiator for a vehicle, I would not hesitate to buy again from the same seller. Great job guys, nice radiator. Will update if any issues develop.

Good radiator
This is a high quality radiator and would have been a good fit for my 1999 TJ Wrangler but was received damaged so I ordered another on. Amazon did refund my payment and as usual the process was panless

No advantage!
This radiator actually runs hotter than the stock two row radiator! To add to that, it has a pin hole in the upper tank! Since I installed it only a few days after the return window, there is no option to return it. I suggest you not purchase this already expensive radiator based on my experience.

Best Cooling Solution
My 2000 Jeep TJ Sahara 4.0L (242ci) needed a radiator, water pump and hoses. This radiator paired up with the Flowkooler pump is the best solution for weak and cheap plastic tanked radiators for Jeeps that tend to run hot. Brass and copper construction have given me more years of good service than cheap plastic tanked rads part where you can't afford a failure. All of my vehicles get an all-metal radiator and CSF is the best choice IMO.

It never leaked... But it would always overheat.
The media could not be loaded. I ran this radiator for 8 years. I got it because the OEM would crack with that cheap plastic tank. This one never leaked. But every time I did a trip to the desert loaded with gear it would overheat on the highway. I replaced everything in my cooling system to finally realize it was this radiator. It just doesn't cut it. I hope all that oveheating didn't ruin my engine. If you live up North it might be fine, but not in Southern California.*CSF "support" was no help at all. Not even a little bit. It was actually pathetic how badly they handled any request for support.

Decent build quality, didn’t cool for me at highway speeds.....
Overall initial build quality is not bad, but my low mile (47k at install), two owner ‘92 YJ wouldn’t cool with this radiator at highway speeds. I have had three 4.0 YJ and two 4.0 TJ Wranglers. My current YJ did not have a cooling issue with the OEM radiator, but I wanted to put a quality copper and brass three core in as I was getting ready to do some fairly lengthy road trips with it. After replacing the radiator it could idle with the A/C on at normal temps. until it ran out of gas, but would steadily build heat at highway speeds (with or without A/C), so much so that I would have to slow down to 55-60 to keep it from progressing toward the red. Heat was verified with an infrared heat gun. Replaced the water pump, thermostat, fan clutch to no avail. Also installed a properly located flex fan to try to alleviate the heat. Swapped in a Griffin two core aluminum with no other changes, and now I cannot get this thing to build heat if I had to. Flat on the floor in 90*-100* temps. on grades with the A/C on, never climbs above 190*. Just for giggles, we installed the CSF in another YJ (this one as stock as a rock) with a leaking OEM radiator, also with a 4.0 and manual trans. Even at 75*-80* temps; and no A/C, this one would also build heat at speeds in excess of 65 MPH.
