Excellent guide to "Pilgrim's Progress"! The way it is set up is with the text on the laft page and the commentary matching it on the right. This makes it easy to get the main points. Highly recommended!

I like that the author gives us his wise opinion of what John Bunyan meant by the different allegorical passages. The book has a lot of wasted blank spaces that make it more costly than it otherwise would need to be - or the text could have been augmented by recording the Biblical passages the author helpfully references, that then we have to record on our own.

This is the best analysis of Pilgrims Progress, by Barry Horner. He has studied John Bunyan 20 or more years and is very knowledgable on this author.

Amazing book. All of Barry Horner's material is first class and this no exception. If you like The Pilgrims Progress this really adds value to your reading. The illustrations are really good. The book supplements some online material and helps understanding the main work in a much deeper way.
