After the first one arrived faulty the replacement was sent out very quickly and without any cost or hassle to me.The kettle is a basic kettle and so it doesn’t have many features but that I what I was after.Simple and well made.It’s quiet during operation and doesn’t sound like an aeroplane taking off, you can see how much water is in it from the measure in the side and I like the blue light.Boiling is fairly quick and there’s a switch to open the lid which is big enough to get my hand in and clear it properly.All in all a good affordable kettle with no fuss.I hope you find my review helpful.

Great kettle but if you fill it to the line it takes ages to boil

We love the style of this kettle with the big windows, comfortable handle and pop up lid. Unfortunately the lid has started consistently sticking, and often doesn't open, which defeats the whole point of the convenient opening! It has only lasted just over 3 months, which is disappointing after our last kettle lasted about 3 years, so we will not be replacing like for like

It took me quite a few attempts to find the perfect kettle, and I am really happy I bumped into this one. The wide opening at the top makes it easy to fill, inspect and clean. It's fairly fast and not too noisy. It's well balanced when full, easy to pour, and it doesn't leak. Most importantly, it doesn't have that horrible taste I found in other (new) kettles: from day 1 the water tasted great. The design is simple but classy, and there is no plastic inside. I would highly recommend!
