Sturdy, looks cook and useful.. a bit costly though
The media could not be loaded. I like the watch it's really smart and my daughter loves it , I like the way it is designed , I have seen other watches also but I feel they can get easily damaged while kids are playing , so this is well designed . The best feature I like is listening one and the way parents have all the control. However ofcourse it's bit costly but Its a quality product I will say.

Good Hardware marred by Rubbish Software
Its been less than 24 hours since I got this watch for my daughter and I can see myself wishing to return this....The Hardware of the watch is excellent but to say that software is sub-par would be an understatement. It is abysmal !I would not expect this from a company that gained so much hype and support of Shark Tank investors.Battery life is max 3-4 hours !!The step count is extremely inaccurate and there is no way to configure the watch from the phone application which is the worst in terms of maturity. You simply cannot mark safe zones by searching for a location, you have to physically present at the location so that the application picks it up or manually move to the location and pin it.Adding wifi means typing password on the small screen because the app would not sync the details of the network with the watch !Overall, its a waste of money till the software is improved !!

Best innovation in india
I was waiting for this kind of technology for my 12 year old child.its software is good,gps is accurate,its mature smartwatch for kids with amazing new features like video calling, podcasts,child safe Google search, age specific inbuilt content, music along with regular calling,gps, school mode,steps count, etc..Watch is sturdy, waterproof, battery life is good. Customer care is amazing,they clear all your queries and gives online demo.Overall must buy if you want great and reliable smart watch for children ..

Watch functions are good but hardware not up to the mark as compair to the high cost.
The media could not be loaded. I purchased a watch on 08/09/2022 from Amazone & there is some issue with my watch's charging cable. Charging was an issue from the beginning, The charger was not connecting properly to the watch & it has now stopped charging completely. When I checked thoroughly I came to know that 1 out of 4 pins of the charger is not connecting properly & because of that the watch is not charging.I complained about it to the company over the mail but they not proper respond. They sending only purchase link. This is not fair. I am not happy about service.The built quality of the watch is good, but the quality of the charging cable is very poor.Overall this product not for value for money

Pathetic battery life
Features are more or less good but definitely not worth the money. 5 to 6k should be enough for this product. Most important thing is that the battery life is pathetic. So if the watch is not ON then there's no use of the features at all.

Good for Kid
The media could not be loaded. Watch is good for kid. Parents can call them on the watch. GPS sometimes is still not reliable. Still ok.Battery lasts max 1 day, so I switch it off when not in use.Some of the functionality should be made available on mobile network like playing games.One more feedback kid cannot video call you until the parent has kept the app open on phone. Kid can make normal voice call, no restrictions on voice call.But I am happy that I can connect with my kid when he is not at home or vice versa.

Just go for it. Damn good premium looking kids Smart Watch
I have bought this item recently to gift my relatives kid. The quality is very premium. It has lot of educational stories and mind games in it to keep kids engaged. It is ultra light weight and fits very well in small children's hand. App connects very easily. I got this in very good price during offer and price is totally worthy. Battery backup is pretty awesome and it can last for 1-2 days on single charge. if you are searching for a unique product to gift to kids, Don't think about anything, just buy this.Thank you Amazon for this amazing product delivery.

Watch is good but Service Experience is Pathetic
The watch is good, but the service Centre doesn’t exist I called them emailed themRegistered the complaint tried WhatsApp chat The AI assistant everything THE SERVICE EXPERIENCE IS PATHETIC. If something happens to the watch and you need Customer Support, then you are on your own and the watch became useless...
