I live aboard a narrowboat and like many boaters, I'm faced with enforced outdoor activity during the cold winter months (where fashion sense comes second to practicality). Chores such as getting the coal in, topping up the water tank and general maintenance all necessitate exposure to the elements, often on a remote icy towpath with a howling wind whipping away what little heat I have. These pants have been a godsend, especially when paired with some fleece-lined trousers (also available on Amazon) The fit is snug but not over-tight, thermal efficiency good and the quality of the fabric and stitching is excellent, especially at the seams, colour however, is a matter of choice. Let's just say this item will definitely not be the subject of a video review.

These thermals are ideal. the fit is spot on and they are as warm as I wanted them to be. Comfortable and pleasant to wear, I'd advise anyone who needs comfort in the cold to buy some. Excellent purchase.

The crotch on them goes about halfway to my knees, so they aren't the most comfortable and the fly is enormous. Warm, not expensive, but won't buy again.

It is a Christmas present. So I know it will be gratefully welcommed
